    Group O is searching for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team! The Digital Marketing Analyst is a dynamic position that facilitates the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies.   This position is responsible for managing online channels focusing on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, digital media, and marketing analytics.  This position will also be responsible for the collection and reporting of success metrics and providing insights and opportunities to expand brand awareness to support our business objectives. 

    The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong writing and communication skills, design skills and technical acumen.



    •  Manage the planning, writing, editing, and publishing of all digital content
    •  Maintain Group O website and make timely updates
    •  Manage, measure, analyze and report on web performance, including SEO
    •  Analyze performance metrics weekly, monthly and quarterly to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
    •  Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards that effectively present digital marketing metrics
    •  Manage social media channels – particularly Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
    •  Collaborate with designers to develop compelling creative
    •  Lead production of photography, graphics and video content
    •  Create and distribute promotional emails and monitor effectiveness (click rates, open rates, bounces, etc.)
    •  Other duties as assigned


    •  Deep knowledge and understanding of ad platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, mobile ad networks, etc.)
    •  Familiarity with email distribution platforms, such as HubSpot
    •  Strong knowledge of SEO
    •  Google Analytics/Adwords Certification is a plus
    •  Proficiency with content management platforms (such as ModX)
    •  Exceptional project management and organizational skills with good attention to detail
    •  Organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
    •  Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team
    •  Copywriting and proofreading skills
    •  Research skills to acquire competitive intelligence
    •  Strong Analytical skills (understand key metrics and develop action plans using that data)
    •  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    •  Must be able to see the big picture, but also get involved in the details
    •  Excellent Internet and computer application skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


    • 2-4 years digital marketing experience with a strong focus on social media marketing
    • Experience in mobile marketing, app promotion and/or remarketing


    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing
