    Group O is searching for a Quality Manager to join our team! The Quality Manager role is responsible to oversee and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) activities by partnering with business process owners to develop process definitions for client solutions, establish controlled document protocols, and audit compliance to QMS practices.  These activities will be designed and implemented in the most effective and efficient way, in accordance with applicable ISO/TL Standards.    

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate QMS activities in accordance with all applicable ISO Quality Management Systems. 
    • Provide leadership in assuring that customer requirements are understood and that any expectations are met or exceeded.
    • Ensure that monitoring and measuring processes are established, including data capture, data analysis, review and applicable action taking.
    • Ensure that processes needed by the QMS are defined, documented, understood, implemented, and maintained. 
    • Ensure that company policies and guidelines are defined, documented, implemented, understood, maintained and controlled. 
    • Oversee inspection activities to ensure compliance with known customer, industry, self-imposed or regulatory requirements.
    • Provide facilitation and leadership for corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement activities.
    • Act as a liaison between department on quality issues that are related to multiple departments or parties.

    Qualifications

    Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5 Years relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience.
    • 3 Years of auditing experience related to ISO 9001 or similar standard(s).
    • Experience working with Continual Improvement methodologies and tools. 

     

    Training:

    • Auditor training required, preferably lead auditor training.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree or 5 Years relevant work experience in lieu of.
