    Group O is currently searching for a Human Resources Associate to join our team! This position will be responsible for day-to-day administrative HR tasks.


    • Maintaining employee information such as personnel files, benefits, wages, and garnishments
    • Maintain all HR electronic and paper files and adhere to retention schedules
    • Data entry in Kronos HRIS
    • Coordinating training and other employee events
    • Communicating policies and procedures and responding to inquiries from employees
    • Coordinating catering for special events and meetings
    • Work on special projects as needed
    • Provide training to new hires and/or existing staff on policies, procedures, discrimination and harassment, or other relevant topics


    • Intermediate to proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Dynamic presentation presence
    • Excellent data entry and filing skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to execute assigned duties and projects
    • Ability to maintain professional demeanor and strict confidentiality
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
    • Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
    • Less than 10% travel



    • 1-2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative HR role


    • High school or equivalent education
