  • Overview

    The Group O Creative Services team in Milan is currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer! As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for daily assigned graphic design production and processes including, but not limited to, creative design concept, implementation, and final output.


    Design and development of client collateral and work within brand requirements/guidelines

    • Collaborate with internal departments to determine client needs, and to ensure the needs/requests of clients are met and completed
    • Make final files ready for internal press and prepare final files for print at outside vendors
    • Pre-press duties – preparing files for press (digital and offset) and plotter
    • Pre-flight press ready files, imposition press ready files, ability to work with specific pre-press software, prepare files for the plotter, operate the plotter, and provide plotter maintenance and calibration as required
    • Preparing detailed design concepts and proposals – preliminary and final
    • Utilize creative thinking for design concepts that might be out of scope, brainstorm new concepts and follow through with creation of concepts
    • Provide professional output of sample files, graphics, and support for presentations and proposals
    • Staying abreast of new technology, market trends, software and upgrades
    • Learn new software as required, explore options for technology improvement, and provide feedback on current industry trends
    • Web/Digital Production, designing original web concepts for landing pages and customer/internal sites, email blasts, files within specific web/email guidelines for optimal performance, prepare approved files for development, testing, functionality recommendations, and flash creation when applicable
    • Proofing

    • Minimum 4 year degree in a Graphic Arts field or equivalent job experience


    • High skill level with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to multi task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment
    • Creative problem solving
    • Highly motivated and detail orientated
    • Ability to operate both Macintosh and PC platforms as needed with minimal assistance


    • Evidence of strong portfolio work
    • Video production, HTML, and CSS experience a plus
    • Knowledge of variable data processes and setup a plus
    • Minimum 2 year relevant graphics job history
      • Agency experience a plus
