  • Overview

    Group O is searching for a Sales supervisor to join our team!  The Sales Supervisor is responsible for a team of 15-20 sales agents, and drives their team to meet all goals.


    • Enforcing all company policies and practices to assigned team members
    • Monitoring, coaching and developing the skills of assigned team members to attain internal and external key performance indicators.
    • Maximizing employee satisfaction through leveraged use of incentives, recognition, clearly defined roles and reasonable expectations, positive team interactions, fairness, and open communication.
    • Conducting weekly individual coaching sessions with all assigned team members along with regular performance reviews.
    • Supporting department efforts to achieve contractual and internal service standards on a daily and monthly basis.
    • Reporting and analyzing statistics to monitor performance and call volume.
    • Communicating any issues or obstacles immediately to the Sales Manager for resolution.



    • Previous experience in a sales/call center environment; supervisory experience strongly preferred. 


    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Proven/Strong Sales record/skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated success with interviewing, coaching, and conflict resolution. 
    • Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.


    • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
