  • Overview

    Group O is searching for a Print Account Manager to join our team!  The Print Account Manager is a dedicated on-site resource for a key client, collaborating with stakeholders on print project fulfillment and enhancing the client relationship.  Responsible for ensuring project accuracy to support client business requirements, develops alternative solutions; advises client on options, risks, total cost of ownership and business impacts.



    • A Professional in providing first class customer service and consultative support for client’s strategic vision and direction on print projects.
    • Provides guidance and support to internal resources working on print project goals, client objectives, budget, timeline and approach.
    • Provides resolution of escalated issues and decision making with client stakeholders.
    • Manages and contributes to strategic business review meetings with cross-functional teams to drive overall print program performance and ensure execution of defined strategies. Make recommendations that will result in decreased costs and improved efficiencies.
    • Actively seeks ways to streamline business processes; researches and provides information on industry category trends and best practices.
    • Drives tracking and reporting for assigned spend areas; performs data analysis and modeling. Analyze supplier pricing compared to industry standards.
    • Monitor supplier performance to ensure that delivery dates, and technical & contractual requirements are met.
    • Cultivates team morale, motivation, and loyalty through continuous training and mentorship, proving clear communication and constructive feedback.
    • Collaborates on inventory control, including lifecycle of product, and assists in project management of all sourcing activities. Makes suggestions for opportunities to reduce product and service costs.



    • Bachelor’s Degree required


    • At least 5 years of promotion management experience preferred
    • Proven success in print project management and client relationship management
    • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet client business goals within budget and established timelines
    • Experience & knowledge in managing vendor relationships
    • Experience in the supplier sourcing process (RFQs, RFPs)
