    Group O is searching for a Data Reporting Analyst to join our team! This position will focus on data consolidation, data analysis and management reporting. Utilizing software to generate metrics and developing actionable recommendations. Providing support to client, management and business partners by collecting and analyzing data, creating reports and sharing results.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to perform advanced Excel techniques
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with Client(s) and internal partners
    • Advanced Project Management skills
    • Advanced SQL scripting abilities
    • Experience in Data Warehousing and Mining
    • Able to work with client on report enhancements/questions that translate stakeholders
    • requirements into reporting deliverables
    • Able to evaluate data to make business recommendations based on analysis of the data
    • Able to track down reporting issues (SQL experience/ERP)
    • Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data
    • Organization, data quality assessment and data profiling

     

    Qualifications

    • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
    • Previous reporting/analytical skills
    • Ability to write advanced SQL queries
    • Ability to perform advanced Business Objects techniques
    • Ability to program in a relational database or other programming experience/aptitude
    • Experience managing complex operations and processes
    • Previous Business Intelligence experience
    • Tableau experience with writing scripts, queries and reports
    • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (Microsoft Navision), Web Portals & Warehouse Management Systems

    Desired Traits

    • Organizational, documentation and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. Problem solving skills and ability to work well individually and within a team.
    • Previous Telecom or Retail Industry experience Customer-service, problem-solving, listening, communication, decision-making, critical-thinking skills
    • Minimum 3 years of experience

    Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Business administration, information technology or related area)
      • Graduate degree preferred
