  • Overview

    Group O is searching for a Quality Analyst to join our team!  The Quality Analyst is responsible for the identification, implementation, and monitoring of enterprise wide quality standards possibly including but not limited to compliance to and documentation of quality management standards, such as ISO 9001.   Typically generates reports using computer skills and distributes those reports to various users in the organization or among customers and suppliers.


    • Facilitating business process design in collaboration with business units
      • Reviewing, developing and enhancing organization charts
      • Reviewing, developing and enhancing job responsibility documents
      • Reviewing, developing and enhancing process flows
      • Reviewing, developing and enhancing work instructions
      • Performing Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
      • Developing case plans based on Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
    • Analyzing performance metrics
      • Evaluating data collection
      • Assessing relevance of metrics
      • Designing performance metrics
      • Identifying performance gaps
      • Finding root causes and barriers to performance improvement
      • Recommending improvements
    • Reviewing and recommending enhancement to audit strategies
    • Designing solutions for document control and records management
    • Identifying and propagating best practices for performance and efficiency throughout the company
    • Maintaining a safe, clean and orderly work area
    • Performing audits and GAP analysis
    • Performing training
    • Finding and supporting opportunities for improved performance, cost-savings and efficiency
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Technical degree in QA arena preferred


    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Medium to advance user abilities in Microsoft Office Suite (excel pivot tables, Vlookups, data analysis)
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and instructions
    • Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
    • Ability to sit for an extended period of time
    • Ability to understand technical and mechanical requirements
    • Knowledge and experience in client services and quality
    • Flexibility in daily hours worked based on workloads


    • Minimum three years’ experience in the industry
    • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar standard(s)
    • Experience working with Continual Improvement methodologies and tools
