Group O is searching for an Operations Manager to join our team! The Operations Manager oversees the day to day activities required to efficiently carry out the processes needed to satisfy customer requirements. This includes but is not limited to receiving, shipping, inspection, inventory, and discrepancy resolution. The Operations Manager is also the main point of contact for partner and customer communication. Other responsibilities include: Conducting team meetings and one-on-one meetings with Supervisors. The OM also needs to attend assigned client meetings; provide weekly performance results and business review updates on all outstanding initiatives; develop and implement goals and objectives, identify problems, objectives and processes. The OM will be expected to mediate employee issues or conflicts and ensure compliance with company and departmental policies. They will be committed to and support Group O’s Quality Management System (QMS).
