  • Overview

    Group O is searching for a Program Manager to join our team!  The Program Manager role is responsible to build strong client relationships with assigned client program owners, capture specific program objectives, develop prescriptive plans to achieve program requirements, mobilize & work with the operation’s team to fulfill projects and communicate results/status with client program owners.



    • Serve as the program’s primary point of contact, internally and externally
      • Respond timely to all client and operational needs and requests
      • Manage requirements and completion of projects

    • Maintain and grow relationships with client
      • Strengthen existing client relationships
      • Identify opportunities to increase sales
      • Develop new client relationships and additional service offerings
      • Provide recommendations to improve performance or efficiency
    • Participate in P&L management
      • Forecast spend/sales activity
      • Understand operational costs to support program
      • Identify cost-saving opportunities
      • Ensure operational budgets are in line and target ROI is met or exceeded

    • Manage and uphold defined Statement of Work (agreement)
      • Ensure work performed is in alignment with scope requirements
      • Anticipate and manage risk
      • Manage change order process & quote new services
    • Drive effective issue resolution to completion
      • Handle escalations from the client and operations team
      • Gather relevant information
      • Communicate client information to operations team
      • Communicate operational information to the client
      • Recommend and oversee delivery of solutions

    • Capture, report and communicate program status
      • Identify and capture program KPI’s
      • Conduct routine program reviews with client and operation



    • 4-6 years direct project management experience
    • 4‐6 years customer service experience
    • Analytical and creative problem solving skills
    • Customer, consumer and client focused communication, listening and presentation skills
    • Team player able to influence and motivate other team members
    • Detail‐oriented and well‐organized
    • Relationship building skills

    • Meeting and exceeding defined SLAs; Stakeholder satisfaction; Accurate and timely reporting;
    • Risk identification and mitigation; Quick and effective issue resolution and lack of reoccurring issues; Effective stakeholder focused communication with stakeholders; Ability to bring change and create efficiencies to current processes
    • Working knowledge of Tail Spend Management services
    • Experience in secondary/tertiary packaging material management
    • Familiarity with procurement processes/functions


    •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
