    Group O is searching for an Agile Project Manager to join our expanding team. Group O is a multi-faceted enterprise with an entrepreneurial spirit. In this role, the Agile Project Manager will work on exciting new initiatives for our clients as well as projects to continually improve existing systems. This person will play a key role in planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to both internal and external stakeholders.


    As an Agile Project Manager, you will be a servant leader to one or more agile teams, typically to deliver a specific client project. The ideal candidate is driven and comfortable working with both high-performing teams and coaching teams with little experience in agile. Experience with web app development projects is a plus!



    • Provide support to scrum teams using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
    • Facilitate sprint ceremonies and remove impediments
    • Act as liaison between clients and delivery teams, making sure that projects are successful and that teams are enabled to deliver with excellence. 
    • Record and monitor program/project budgets, costs and resource allocation
    • Use key agile metrics to help deliver committed work and report on team health, progress, and accomplishments to leadership
    • Empower the team to make system and process improvements captured in sprint retrospective meetings
    • Coach scrum teams to ensure we are following best practices and agile methodology



    • Bachelor’s degree in Technology field or Business (or equivalent work experience)


    • Servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency 
    • Knowledge of patterns and practices for facilitation of scrum teams
    • Understanding of SDLC and software development processes
    • Fluency with agile software development tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA


    • Proven track record of managing and delivering high profile internal and external projects
    • 3+ years managing software development projects, preferably using an agile methodology
