Group O is searching for a Program Manager to join our team!  The Program Manager role is responsible to capture specifc client print requests, program objectives, work with Group O print suppliers to fulfill print projects and communicate results/status with client program owners.   



  • Manage multiple print projects or initiatives while in various stages of the project life cycle (both across enterprise and client facing)
  • Adhere to project management discipline and standards according to best practices and corporate policies
  • Define and deliver print solutions to project stakeholders using a disciplined and strategic approach
  • Manage print projects throughout their end to end lifecycle
  • Monitor print issues and manage issue resolution
  • Manage print trending and reporting
  • Influence and motivate suppliers to meet print program deliverables for clients


  • 4‐6 years of print and/or marketing experience, preferably in a team environment
  • 4‐6 years customer service experience
  • Analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Supplier and client focused communication in a fast paced environment
  • Team player able to influence and motivate other team members
  • Detail‐oriented and well‐organized
  • Relationship building skills

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
