The Group O Difference:

You will sell cutting-edge telecom services to EXISTING customers of a fortune 100 company via INBOUND calls. We provide: Hourly base pay of $12.00 plus commissions, with daily/weekly/monthly incentives. Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customer’s need
  • Utilize resources and leading edge technology tools to assist customers, as well as to stay up-to-date on program information
  • Partner with your Supervisor to identify and initiate areas of opportunity for professional development and personal growth
  • Meet sales quotas and performance standards set forth by Group O and our clients

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Customer-focused, energetic attitude; desire to provide exceptional customer interaction each and every time
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • A willingness to learn and an internal drive and motivation to succeed
  • Ability to uphold a professional demeanor in all situations
  • Capability to navigate multiple screens and enter data while assisting the customer
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Shift:

  • 10:15 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
