Group O is looking for an ambitious, results-oriented marketing professional to manage the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns such as employee incentive programs, consumer promotions, and sales incentive programs. Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills and leadership to achieve client business needs and overall marketing objectives. The individual in this position is primarily responsible for managing projects and the measurement of promotion success for existing clients.  The Account Manager will develop new business within the existing client base and maintain relationships with clients and Group O stakeholders. 



  • Strategize with & provide leadership for Marketing Solutions clients
  • Conduct weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual business review meetings to track & document the progress of client accounts
  • Continue to grow Group O business within the client environment to achieve both Group O and client business goals
  • Manage cross-functional teams and inter-agency communication in support of client programs
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to support client needs & drive consumer engagement during promotional periods
  • Responsible for setting reasonable sales goals and striving to achieve them by developing new customer relationships as well as maintaining and enhancing current customer relationships
  • Oversee Client new program implementation: requirements gathering, quoting, approvals, escalation management, etc.
  • Manage issue resolution through internal issue tracking technology
  • Ensure timely delivery of client information, review program analytics w client & provide strategic recommendations
  • Develop solutions for Client to better communicate & work with their customers
  • Optimize Client workflows using innovative, technological solutions
  • Facilitate periodic contract reviews
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials
  • Suggest modifications to procedures to improve program efficiency, improve quality, or reduce cost
  • Continuously work with management on other duties as necessary



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration 


  • Highly skilled in communications
  • Advanced Technology skillset:
    • MS Office Suite    

    • Project Management

    • Analytics


  • Minimum 5 years of Account or Project Management experience

Travel to Group O Corporate office for New Employee Orientation, Quarterly review meetings and other events as needed
