Do you have a passion for Marketing and a love for writing?


We are seeking a talented copywriter and wordsmith to create various digital content including blogs and white papers. The digital copywriter will be given the opportunity to help us craft a breakthrough brand voice to energize, educate and inspire our clients and prospects. The successful candidate will leverage insights into our target audience's behavior, SEO best practices and excellent, compelling writing skills to improve Group O’s search visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong business acumen, a high level of creativity, project management skills, as well as journalistic/ long-form writing experience.


Primary Tasks:

  • Blog on an ongoing basis to attract site visitors through search, social, and our email subscribers
  • Conceptualize and create long form content projects such as e-books and whitepapers to drive leads, subscribers, and awareness
  • Grow our subscriber base and expand overall blog reach
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
  • Conduct research and interviews to generate and develop content
  • Writing various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our blog
  • Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation
  • Proofing
  • Image scanning and clean up
  • Other duties as assigned




  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or equivalent experience


  • Ability to self-start, work quickly and with high-quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts



  • 2-5 years of copywriting experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, whitepapers, e-books)
  • 1-3 years of Search Engine Optimization and keyword research experience
  • Preferred experience in B2B marketing
  • Candidates must provide portfolio with at least three writing examples. Submissions that do not include a portfolio will not be considered for the position.
