Overview

Group O is searching for a RF Test Lead to join our team in Memphis, TN. The RF Test Lead will setup and test moble devices in the RF equipment.

Responsibilities

Primary Tasks:

  • Help set up new devices for RF testing following instructions from the RF engineer.
  • Test and complete daily testing production requirements.
  • Train, support and lead operators on testing processes.
  • Ensure RF equipment including, RF machine, fixtures and tools, SIM cards, are maintained and stored properly.

Secondary Tasks:

  • Support and lead the Functional testing area when required.
  • Perform functional testing when required.
  • Help creating RF, FCT and lab reports and Work Instructions as required (Utilizing MS Office).

 

Qualifications

  • Education:      
    • High school degree required
    • Associates college degree in a technical computer area preferred.
  • Training:          
    • Medium to high knowledge of Excel. Formulas, Vlook up.
    • Basic to medium knowledge of Word and PPT.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to handle multiple projects.
    • Ability to train others as required.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
    • Very comfortable to use PC’s
    • Ability to document processes
  • Experience:    
    • 3-5 years using computers for work.
    • 1-3 years in an electronics/technology Company.
  • Desired Skills:   

    • General knowledge of mobile devices (phones, tablets, accessories)
    • Basic Six-sigma knowledge.
    • RF knowledge. 
  • Desired Traits:
    • Shows a great deal of accountability and always deliver and complete commitments with little or no follow up.
    • Flexibility to learn and try new things
    • Out of box thinking
    • Proactive approach; taking new challenges and preventing issues
