Group O's Packaging Solutions division is searching for an Outside Sales Representative to join its growing team in the Southwest US! Group O specializes in the distribution of packaging materials and equipment. Our clients today include Major National, Regional and Fortune 100 companies. This is an opportunity to grow our share of strategic customer business, and to identify and close new business with the full support of our Operations, and Support teams. Our entire organization is aligned to support business growth and the successful individual will have the opportunity to help drive innovation in the Packaging Materials and Equipment market.
You will manage our lead generation process to develop additional sales prospects in the marketplace. You will participate in the development, presentation and sales propositions with our existing Sales and Management teams as you develop your skills and pipeline to advance into progressive roles within the organization. You will receive training and practical experience and will learn to negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. We need aggressive, business minded candidates Sales/Account Executives.
