Group O is searching for a Quality Assurance Tester to join our team! Qualified candidates will test new features and functionality to support Fortune 500 clients. Effective oral communication skills conveying ideas using both technical and nontechnical terms based on audience are vital. Strong written communication and documentation skills required; accurately documenting test procedures and results allowing for continuous process improvement and institutionalizing product knowledge. 


As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for all aspects of system testing. Working with multiple departments, including but limited to Project Management, Development, Client Services, Training and Call Center, you will:

  • Plan, design, and author effective test cases meeting business requirements
  • Perform functional and regression testing to meet the business requirements
  • Ability to facilitate meetings
  • Bug reporting
  • Communicate with offshore teams
  • Review, mentor, train the team and projects
  • Provide estimation the projects





  • Two year degree or equivalent work experience


  • Knowledge of common testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, web and social media interaction and email communication
  • Ability to learn and development of test cases based on business requirements
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Basic relational database understanding and query skills


Two years of system testing experience or equivalent IT experience


Desired Skills

  • Test Automation Tools – i.e. CodedUI scripts (C#), Selenium, Quick Test Professional (QTP), Winrunner, Loadrunner or others
  • Development experience in i.e. C#, Java, python, .NET any other scripting.
  • Team Foundation Server (TFS) knowledge or experience
  • Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) knowledge or experience
  • Experience in Agile testing methodologies
  • Working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or warehouse management (WMS) system
  • Knowledge of common testing methodologies
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work additional hours with limited weekend and early AM hours based on projects
  • Strong time manager with ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Task oriented with the ability to initiate work with minimal guidance
  • Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
