Overview

Group O is searching for a Process Specialist to join our team!  The Process Specialist role is intended to oversee quality assurance activities for corporate departments. These activities would be designed and implemented to meet the Quality Management System needs in the most effective and efficient ways that can be established.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensuring that Quality Management System processes are established, implemented, and maintained.
  • Work with all document contributors to ensure that documentation is in alignment with effectiveness, efficiency, and any applicable standards that Group O may be in adherence to.
  • Assist in the Develop, Implementation, Verification and Validation that effectively addressing actions needed for:
    • Documented Information including Cross Functional Process Flows
    • Implementing standard load to support Work Centers
    • Corrective Actions
    • Internal Audit
    • Liaison for External Audits
    • Risk
    • Continuous Improvement activities
  • Ensuring the promotion of customer and or any applicable standard that Group O may be in adherence to throughout the organization.
  • Capturing and reporting on operating objectives.

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree or 3 Years relevant work experience in lieu of.
  • Skills      
    • MS Office Suite Proficiency
    • Database Familiarity
    • Reporting / Analytical Abilities
    • Strong Communication (Written, Verbal)
    • Cross Functional Process Flows / Value Mapping
  • Experience
    • Working experience related to ISO 9001 or similar standard(s)
    • Experience working with Continual Improvement methodologies and tools

    • Exposure to ISO 9001 / ISO 27001
    • Auditor training
    • Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
    • Strong organizational skills
